Sicily has a long tradition in citrus farming. Almost 90% of the national production is cultivated in this
region.
The lemon tree is very generous with recurring blossoming (three or four per year), mainly occurring
between December and June. During these months juice, oil and taste reach the highest intensity.
From the fruit, besides juice, the essential oil is also obtained. It is extracted by pressing the fruits’ peel, and
it is known for its many properties and exalts the lemon bouquet once you open the cap.
We don’t substitute the fresh product, but our purpose is to make it available as a service: ready to serve
and guaranteed in order to offer to the customer an alternative to the fresh fruit.
We perform rigorous quality control checks among the entire supply chain, from juice selection and blend
to bottling and storing following our quality control systems certified ISO 9001:2015, BRC, and IFS.
